My name is Jai, I’m a Qualified Personal Trainer and Coach. I’ve always been incredibly invested in Health and Fitness and equally passionate in helping people achieve their goals.
I’m a big believer in goal setting no matter how small or even impossible they may seem, to help put into perspective how far you’ve come and how much further you can go.
From advanced lifters wanting to build on their physique or increase their performance, to beginners trying to find their way in the gym or motivation to reach their goals, I can help you get there.
All throughout my training and work I’ve consistently been striving to learn more, and through this, applying the evidence - based methods I have learnt for my clients to ensure lasting success.
